How do I assemble my models?

All of our models are sent out fully washed and cured as part of the post processing stage, so there is no need for you to do any cleaning. A gel based superglue is recommended to use when working with any of our prints.

Is resin safe to drill, cut, or sand?

The UV resin used in our manufacturing process can be physically altered using abrasion, drilling, or cutting/sawing. Dust produced from these methods is highly toxic, so wear appropriate PPE while performing these tasks.

Can I heat up my models for alterations?

UV resin 3d prints have a low tolerance to heat, so we do not recommend heating them up for alterations. Models could be damaged, or broken. Fumes given off when heating UV resin are toxic.

What delivery services do you use?

All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr, and will be provided with tracking information. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked, and will be provided with tracking information. Expected delivery time for international orders can be up to 21 working days from the date of postage. If you need an order in a hurry, drop us a line and we will do our best to accomodate!

I've made an order - now what?

Please allow 3-5 working days for production of resin printed goods, and up to 7 working days for PLA prints. Individual lead times will be given for commission or bulk orders. We do our absolute best to adhere to lead times, and keep buyers updated on order progress.

I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

The majority of our catalogue is produced on a print to order basis, which means once an order has started to be produced we cannot accept cancellations. We encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible so we do not start work on your order.
